Tribaldata, on the account of a third party contracted to facilitate advertising services, will use ONE SINGLE cookie (hereinafter, "Cookies") in your full App Experience. 

Through the use of cookies, servers that host the websites you visit, may recognize the browser you use to navigate the web, in order to personalize the advertising you are exposed to.

It is the advertising revenue received by Tribaldata that allows us to offer you climate coaching and that allows us to plant in your name to help reduce your personal carbon footprint.

Since Tribaldata installs a SINGLE behavioral cookie, and NO additional technical or analytical cookies are employed, you can only accept or reject this cookie policy as no further configuration is possible.

By accepting this cookie policy you give us your consent for this SINGLE cookie to be installed on your browser every time you send a tree to be planted.

If you choose to reject the cookie policy, we cannot offer you access to the climate coaching and tree planting as this is our way to fund the service.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

1. Behavioral advertising cookies: are those that store information on user behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on the same.

This information table will be updated as soon as possible if the App or advertising services offered by Tribaldata evolve.

However, it is possible that the information table may temporarily not include a cookie, tag or other similar device due to an update, although there will always be devices with identical purposes to those included in this chart.

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF THE INFORMATION? WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

The information collected through Cookies may be used both by Tribaldata and by third party collaborating companies, such as advertising agents, for the purposes described in the previous section. 

Some of these collaborators may be located in countries whose legislation does not offer an equivalent level of data protection; however, the user may consult the appropriate guarantees they offer so that international data transfers are carried out taking into account the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.

In any case, Tribaldata is not responsible for the accuracy and content of the privacy policies offered by those third parties on their websites.

These changes only apply to the browser through which you are currently logged in. To delete cookies from other devices, you must follow the process described for those devices.

You may delete cookies from your browser at your own discretion after planting, but doing so in the case of the Tribaldata cookie, will decrease the value of our advertising services and hinder our capability to offer free carbon reduction to more people as yourself.

You can contact Tribaldata through dataprotection@tribaldata.com or directly through the mobile app where you can write to exercise your rights of access, rectification or cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition, to data portability or not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, as well as to withdraw the consent given. 

To the extent that the information processed relates only to unique codes or identifiers of devices or browsers used by the user and is not related to data that directly identifies the user, the above rights shall not apply, unless the user provides additional information that allows its identification.
